2017 MATE ROV COMPETITION

PORT CITIES OF THE FUTURE: COMMERCE, ENTERTAINMENT, HEALTH, AND SAFETY

The 2017 MATE competition highlights the role that ROVs will play in streamlining commerce, maintaining entertainment, and ensuring both health and safety of port cities of the future.

The 16th annual MATE international ROV competition will take place June 23-25, 2017 at Long Beach City College in Long Beach, California, USA. Regional contests will take across the U.S. and around the world.

The 1st ASEAN Underwater Robot Competition will take place April  15 – 16. 2-17 at KONI Swimming pool Surabaya Jawa Timur, Indonesia

EXPLORER / RANGER Class

ASEAN Underwater Robot Competition EXPLORER / RANGER contest follows the MATE International ROV Contest missions and rules. Teams meeting the MATE EXPLORER / RANGER qualification criteria are eligible for entry to the MATE International ROV Contest.
